Farview, Incorporated and Selected Poems / with two essays on art
A short story about a productive man and his dealings with others, who are less productive than he is.
An essay on the aesthetics of poetry--why are rhyme and scan important to a poem?
An essay on the purpose of art.
From the short story:
"Every time something would go wrong, there was 'Prof' asking his questions. I remember, he came into my area one time, to ask about some conduits which had burned out. The entire plant was shut down due to someone's error. He just walked right in and asked, 'What the hell is going on here? Do you realize you have the whole plant off-line? Tell me what happened and let's see if we can get this plant operational again.' 'Who in the hell do you think you are?' I demanded. I was fiercely angry at this numb-skull for interrupting me."
